With custom jobs, I insist that every step be approved before proceeding to the next phase. I do not have a return policy. If for some reason there is not complete satisfaction at the end of the prWith ocess, it will not be sent. Satisfaction is a must. Color matching is agreed on at the beginning so we are good to go in that respect.
Backorder Policy
If I am low on the trim tile order, it generally takes 4-6ws for delivery but I make sure the client is made aware of that at the time of the order. No surprises or assumptions. All clear and understood.

I use UPS.
Damaged Goods Policy
I pack every trim exceptionally well and give extras just incase of breakage. If after that there is damage, I request the tile to be sent back and I will replace.
