What happens if I don't like the custom project when it arrives?

By the time it is shipped to you, you will have exactly what you want because each step of the process is not progressed to until the last step is approved.

Can I order what is in the web site or does it have to be a custom job?

You can order from the site or we can discuss and work on a custom order...whatever you wish.

How long does it take?

Depending on size or how much custom work is being done, it can take 4-8 wks.
Naturally if it is a stock order that is out asap.

What if I have some ideas I would like to incorporate in project?

All ideas are welcome.

What if I need to match colors for any part of the project like the field tile?

 Just need a piece of whatever needs to be matched.  A piece of cloth, paint chip etc.  I will need a bit of time for that but we will not proceed until you have the final say.  This process can take a bit of time but it's fun to collaborate on these finer points of your dream. 

Do you insure your product for shipping?

I use UPS and put extra insurance on plus I pack extremely carefully.
I also put in extra field tile just in case there is  setting breakage.
